Reject Junk Food

　　Today people attention start to shift from food to health of food. For example, the junk food receive more and more critics because of its harms to people's health.

　　There is no doubt that junk food has much oil and heat, which will influence out health greatly. However, there are many people who still choose to eat funk food because these food taste delicious and save much time. They neglect that these are less important than health. Eating more vegetables and non fried meat is just true habit of eating. Moreover, someone thinks these kinds of food are disgusting. If you eat them a long time, you will love them.

　　A good habit will benefit you for life, and a bad habit will let you feel painful.
