早上醒來(lái)，到了做運(yùn)動(dòng)的時(shí)間啦，這個(gè)暑假體重增加了不少，肚子上還多了一個(gè)游泳圈，應(yīng)該減減了。所以爸媽要求我每天早上鍛煉身體。為了提高我的積極性，爸媽也陪我一起去�！鞍ミ衔埂蔽覙O不情愿地伸了伸懶腰。
我們跑步到了南城文化廣場(chǎng)。
先做仰臥起坐。做好一切準(zhǔn)備，雙手抱頭，深吸一口氣。“哎呀哎呀，加把勁呀，嘿呀...”我自己給自己鼓勁，剛開始體力還行，輕輕松松搞定十個(gè)，還有二十個(gè)，我用舌頭潤(rùn)滑了一下嘴唇。一鼓作氣，“呀——”我使出我全身的.力氣“十一、十二…二~~九、三~~十�！弊詈笪疫B數(shù)數(shù)的力氣都沒(méi)了。還好完成了今天的任務(wù)。哎，做俯臥撐去。
我和爸爸都爬到旁邊的草地上，我們兩個(gè)把雙手撐在草地上。剛才的仰臥起坐搞得我全身力氣都沒(méi)了。費(fèi)了九牛二虎之力，終于做完了二十個(gè)，累得我氣喘吁吁。
半個(gè)小時(shí)之后，我已經(jīng)累得滿頭大汗，又上氣不接下氣的跑了回家。
看來(lái)我的力氣還是不夠呀。以后得多多鍛煉嘍。
